BOOKING
Full amount or 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and the balance must be paid one week prior to the trip. All cheques must clear one week prior to trip.

REFUNDS
There will be no refunds for cancellation after the trip has commenced or for any trip, services provided not utilized.CANCELLATION CHARGE
- 14 days to trip (50% of trip cost)
- 08 to 13 days to trip (70% of trip cost)
- 07 days or less to trip (100% of tour cost)
LIABILITY
The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or occurrences beyond our control.TRAVEL INSURANCE
Speleotrend Enterprise highly recommend that you / your group purchase travel insurance before the trip / activity. Travel Insurance is a must, needed on all programs for air / surface evacuation, medical, lost baggage, etc. The company is not liable for any accidents and losses.SAFETY
All participants must follow safety instructions from the organizers and the cave wardens. All safety gear provided must be on at all times, e.g. helmet, headlamp, etc.PRIVATE TRIPS
The company has the right to add on participants to any booked trip. A private trip can be arranged with an additional fee of RM100 per trip.TOILET & SHOWER FACILITIES
Available under Batu Caves management at the base of stairs with a fee of RM0.20 for toilet facility and RM1.00 for shower facility.PROHIBITIONS IN DARK CAVE
- No smoking
- No littering
- No photography / filming
- No touching / damaging formations
- No defacing
